⁽ⁱ⁾      Systemically and comprehensively facilitate and lead with Purpose towards the realisation of a future of human and planetary well-being for all life;

⁽ⁱⁱ⁾     At all times, and to the best of our ability, act with integrity and be mindful of our direct actions and their ripple effects in and on the larger whole; Fully acknowledging that we inhabit a complex living system that deserves our consideration and a collective responsiveness that starts from a deep understanding of the whole;

^(iv)    Dig deeper into the underlying challenges for which solutions need to be developed and not settle for bandaid solutions;

^(v)     Prioritise the acceleration, facilitation, co-designing and co-creation of holistic solutions for the underlying challenges of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and each and every day remain conscious of and advocate for the awareness of the interconnectedness between these challenges and of how everything is ever changing and evolving;

^(vi)    Always embrace disruption and change as essential elements of a more just and balanced society, and create the space in which every individual can make a real difference towards the realisation of a better future, the next stage in human and organizational consciousness;

^(vii)   Embrace our responsibility to create the space for impactful change, increased responsiveness, and personal, organizational and planetary resilience, innovation and transformation; aware and without prejudice, acknowledging that happiness and well-being is not the absence of problems, it’s the ability to deal with them; and when we commit to working synergistically our potential is exponential;

^(viii)  Stay the course and keep our compasses anchored to our responsibility as custodians of all current and future life in our universe;

^(ix)    Commit to a future where integrative and holistic approaches to education & learning, food & regenerative agriculture, healthcare & affordable living, and happiness & well-being are accessible to everyone; empower those who dare to shape a future of purpose, social equality, and effective intergenerational social and planetary health & prosperity;

^(x)     Advocate for and contribute to quality integrative and immersive education for everyone; Education that empowers, changes mindsets, breaks down barriers, fosters growth, and opens up new doors and pathways; Education that at its core aims to nurture the wholeness that each one already possesses, cultivates our commonalities as humans and our diversity as individuals, and creates the space for deliberate and synergetic collaboration, opening up each student, teacher, parent and other stakeholder to change and wider perspectives; Education that truly throws off the shackles of equality, creativity, humanity, nature and knowledge, and provides it the unrestricted freedom that it seeks; Unlocking the abundance that will make the whole world kin.

^(xi)    Unlock collective human consciousness and accelerate the emergence of purpose-driven ecosystems and new social and economic models that cultivate synergetic and thriving relationships between individuals, communities, governments and organizations, and place societal and planetary needs and values over our personal and the organizations’;

^(xii)   Co-design, co-create, facilitate and lead by principles of collaboration over competition, purpose over profit, transparency over restriction, abundance over scarcity, contributing over tasking, people over organizations, (agile) exploration over (unbending) optimisation, (longterm) sustainable impact for the whole over (short-term) economic benefits for the few, and syntropic systems thinking over entropic traditional business thinking;

^(xiii)  Act wholeheartedly in service of our belief that together we can achieve desired results, within the boundaries and demands of our current systems, that don't require us to perform entropic acts and/or follow entropic models; we have the ability to co-design and co-create new ways, new models and new holistic solutions that will make our old ones obsolete.

^(xiv)  Share purpose, and recognise, embrace and pay forward each individual’s wholeness and brilliance; Act in service of one and other, our planet and all life; Commit to our role of stewardship, honouring the laws inherent in nature, and applying them to human systems; As intergenerational navigators, set new standards to how we measure value, and lead the emergence of synergetic collaboration, creative generosity, planetary impact and shared-sustainability as humanity's universal currencies;

^(xv)   Never loose sight of our vision of a future free of social and planetary inequality and injustice, zero exploitation, zero waste, zero extraction to extinction, and free of colonisation of humans, our world and all life in it; a future of an eternally regenerative universe, in which no one domain or species shall have dominion over another;

^(xvi)    Not just be and act as a business for good; Metamorphany Changemakers is an Accountable Business; We care for our earth and all life on it, and realise that no matter what the complexity of our existing systems and challenges is, the way forward starts with us, the people; Our ability, openness and willingness to change and contribute to a better world.

We recognise that our current economies have been designed around financial growth and that the value systems and metrics we have created require it. We also recognise that such economic growth does not signify well-being nor the distribution thereof. Human and planetary well-being requires new value systems and new ways of measuring.

We recognise that we have to work together to educate, mastermind, co-design and co-create solutions and economies that support all human thriving; to deliberately transform our current systems of economies that require growth of the national income, regardless if they make us and our planet thrive…
