OUR PLEDGE AND COMMITMENT
WE, CHANGEMAKERS, IMPACTMAKERS AND DOERS OF ALL SIZES AND AGES
(organizations and individuals),
hold the intention to;
(i) Purpose-Driven Leadership for Well-Being: Lead with purpose and regenerative leadership for human and planetary well-being.
(ii) Holistic Responsibility: Act with integrity, mindful of our actions and their collective impact on our complex living system, Earth.
(iii) Collaborative Changemaking: Champion and support current changemakers, like our purpose-driven corporate-leaders & social-entrepreneurs, our teachers, social workers and parents, our children & youth, our foundations and NGOs, and our city- and governmental leaders; Celebrate their voice, lift up everyone’s spirits, and amplifying their efforts for resilience, well-being, and impact.
(iv) Interconnected Awareness: Prioritize solutions for UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), recognizing the interconnectedness of challenges, their urgency and their future consequences.
(v) Sustainable Solutions Beyond Band-Aids: Address underlying challenges, seeking holistic solutions over temporary fixes; Considering a systemic look at the possible ‘ripples’ (positive and negative) that our ideas and choices may have on the whole in a future reality.
(vi) Embrace Disruption: Create a safe and inspiring space in which change is embraced and individual contributions are connected with collective intelligence.
(vii) Inner Growth for Impact: Acknowledge inner growth as essential for resilience, holistic innovation and -transformation, fostering exponential potential. Holistic happiness and well-being lies not the absence of problems, but in the ability to deal with them, individually and collectively, as part of the whole.
(viii) Custodians of Life: Commit to safeguarding all life, present and future.
(ix) Well-Being for all: Advocate for accessible holistic well-being in all areas of our life, such as Education, Healthcare, Food, Nature, and Cities.
(x) Transformative Education: Support integrative holistic education that nurtures wholeness, fosters “inner” and “outer” growth, cultivates social-agency and unlocks the potential for a better world. In pupils & students, and equally so in teachers/lecturers and parents.
We acknowledge that our current economic systems have been rooted in the pursuit of financial growth, yet we recognize the inadequacy of such systems in signifying true well-being and equitable distribution. We commit to co-create new value systems and metrics to support thriving for all. Our vow is to transform these systems, regardless of their current metrics, in favor of humanity and our planet's well-being.
Guided by the principles of collaboration over competition, purpose over profit, transparency over restriction, abundance over scarcity, contributing over tasking, and people over organizations, we wholeheartedly belief that together we can achieve our goals within current systems without entropy. Together, we can co-design innovative solutions that make old models obsolete.
Our vision remains: a future liberated from social and planetary inequity and injustice, where no single domain or species exerts dominion over another.
