Over 6 weeks, we'll dive into a world of fun activities, inspiring lessons, and empowering exercises—all designed to help you become the best version of yourself. You'll journey through a blend of mindfulness & happiness activities, meditation moments (not the boring kind, no cap!), and attention-boosting challenges that help you thrive in today's busy world.
Get ready to hang out with us every week for exciting 60-minute live sessions! Our awesome coaches are here to cheer you on as we dive into all things confidence and happiness. Plus, you'll get to meet new friends, ask questions, and share cool ideas with other teens just like you. And guess what? You can even rewatch these sessions anytime you want in our online portal, where you'll find tons of extra resources and fun micro-exercises to keep the good vibes going!
