What You'll Do:
👥 Build Bridges: Foster connections with individuals, organizations, and communities to grow our network.
💡 Drive Engagement: Create initiatives that spark conversations, inspire action, and strengthen our community.
🎉 Plan & Promote: Help organize campaigns and events that amplify our mission and engage supporters.
📈 Nurture Partnerships: Work with our team to secure resources and support for key projects.
🌟 Elevate Impact: Develop creative ways to showcase our work and make people excited to get involved.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who thrives in collaboration, is proactive, and is eager to make a difference. Here’s what you’ll ideally bring:
Educational Background: A degree or coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, or Social Work (preferred but not required).
Skills you need:
Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills to share compelling stories and engage stakeholders.
Relationship Building: Ability to foster meaningful connections with diverse communities and partners.
Strategic Thinking: Creativity in identifying new opportunities for collaboration and support.
Cultural Sensitivity: A strong understanding or experience working in cross-cultural contexts.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Canva, Miro or Trello.
Experience (nice to have):
- Prior experience in community outreach, stakeholder engagement, or partnership development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or platforms for community management.
