In the Changemaker Collective: New Leadership Incubator project, youth and frontline professionals unite to ignite positive change and build a better future. Over a minimum of 9 weeks, you and your fellow changemakers dive deep into inner development, regenerative leadership, solution-building, systems thinking, and collaborative action, guided by expert coaches.
It is carefully designed by experts to empower both young minds and frontline professionals to co-create impactful regenerative solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
With different age-groups and focus-groups, there's a place for everyone to join this transformative journey.

Your journey design:
The Changemaker Collective: New Leadership Incubator project isn't just a regenerative leadership journey; it's a movement where youth and frontline professionals actively participate in shaping the future they want to see.
Over a minimum of 9 weeks, you'll engage in live sessions, collaborate with peers, and receive personalized guidance to develop impactful solutions. From problem identification to solution co-creation, this project equips you with the tools and comprehensive support needed to make a real difference in your community and beyond.
Each week you will participate in a 90-minute online live workshop sessions where you'll learn new topics and tools, facilitated by expert coaches and mentors. They will guide you with exercises, tasks and plenty of inspiration. During these sessions you dive into interactive discussions, and work in structured ways, mapping out your discovery journey step by step towards your solution.
These sessions are recorded; ready for you to review as often as you wish in our online portal to which you will have access 24/7. In the portal you find a wealth of resources and more fun exercises that help deepen your learning and discovery. Plus, enjoy the support of our expert coaches, peers, and a vibrant community, ensuring you never journey alone.
In week 1, you'll work on the problem behind your concern, learn more about the world's complex challenges and how to approach interconnected problems to obtain regenerative solutions that address root causes versus fleeting solutions that solve for symptoms. You'll also explore inspiring future projects around the world.
Over the weeks following, you'll work on finding a real practical and sustainable solution to your problem. A solution that is relevant to your situation and environment. As you go through this discovery as a new Holistic Changemaker, you'll also transform as a human being. We'll dive deeper into who you are as a person and a changemaker. Our experts team you up with those that are aligned in values and purpose and complement your strengths and needs, while learning how to strengthen in teamwork as you co-create and collaborate with others.
In the programme, you're sure to meet other like-minded people who want to make a positive change in the world. You'll be accompanied by coaches who have helped start-ups and social enterprises to succeed.
Each week you'll learn new tailored elements that you need to get you and your fellow changemakers closer to your goal of creating the regenerative solution for your situation. This project is not a cookie-cutter program. Your objective of a brighter future remains the guiding light through everything you do, the tools and methods you'll learn, and the expert mentorship are your guide. You choose your pace, your focus and your direction. Use your intuition and creativity. Together we will make a positive change and have fun.

Please note: there's a minimum number of 12 participants for this growth journey. If your cohort ends up not meeting this requirement, you have the option to enter into the next training round or we will provide you a full refund.
