For this role, we are assisting our partner, Data Roots, a values-aligned organization, in recruiting a creative Figma Designer to support their growing design needs. Data Roots is a full service web design agency with locations in Vancouver and Gibsons BC, Canada with a diverse client base in both North America and Europe.

What You'll Do:
- Design modern, visually appealing UX/UI screens.
- Create mockups and high-fidelity prototypes for websites (desktop & mobile).
- Translate rough wireframes into polished UI designs.
- Design custom icons tailored to brand identity and functionality.
- Create logo designs and visual assets aligned with client needs.
What We're Looking For:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proficiency in Figma and UI/UX design principles.
- Strong communication skills in English
- An eye for detail and strong sense of visual design.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Creative thinker who is reliable, assertive, and open to feedback.
Working Hours
- Project-based or part-time, depending on availability and need.
- Flexible scheduling; we just ask that your working hours are visible and you can join weekly check-ins.
