What You'll Do:
- Campaign Innovator: Collaborate with our core team to design and implement eye-catching local and international campaigns.
- Program Connector: Promote and coordinate the ‘Philippines Thrive’ and ‘The Changemaker Collective’ programs, adapting them to the local context in partnership with our core team and project leads.
- Relationship Builder: Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on sponsors, partners, and collaborators.
- Community Activator: Develop strategies to grow, activate, and engage our stakeholder community locally and globally.
- Event Planner: Organise and coordinate events to boost awareness and engagement.
- Content Creator: Generate engaging written and audiovisual content for our social media channels to increase visibility and engagement.
- Master Storyteller: Write captivating blog posts, articles, and stories that highlight our purpose, mission, and programs.
What We're Looking For:
Metamorphany is looking for individuals who understand that real change requires dedication, creativity, and a commitment to something bigger than themselves. We value:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative spirit with a passion for change
- Proactive and self-driven with strong organisational skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement or community management is a plus
- A creative flair for storytelling and engaging narratives
- Comfortable with remote work tools and have a suitable workspace at home
- You bring fresh, crazy ideas and manage multiple deadlines with ease
